Super Plasticiser :
Description :
EUCOBET SUPER is superplasticiser and a highly effective water reducing agent.
It has a dual action that promotes high workability concrete as well as the reduction of mixing water.
This plasticiser is based on selected ligno-sulphonates .
Main Purpose :
As a super plasticiser it is used to flow concrete in :
-Floor slabs, roof-decks, foundations and pavements. (rapid placing without vibration.)
-It helps in Rapid pumping of concrete (high flow ability)
-It facilitates Pouring concrete in areas with heavy reinforcement
and in poorly accessible areas ( Bridges) .
Advantages :
-It increases workability without increasing water.
-It accelerates hardening after setting.
-It provides concrete the capability to flow readily without segregation.
-It leads to a significant increase of ultimate strength.
-Self compacting concrete so we can place it with minimum effort .
-We can place concrete rapidly without vibration
-The EUCOBET SUPER reduces creep and shrinkage .
-EUCOBET SUPER decreases pumping pressure .
-Flowing concrete reduces pouring and its cost.

Description :
EUCOBET BV is a plasticising admixture used to
produce high workability concrete. Meanwhile it is used as a highly effective water reducing agent to promote high ultimate strength .
EUCOBET BV is especially developed to place concrete at high ambient temperatures, some slump maintenance and slight retardation.
Main Purpose :
EUCOBET BV is used wherever high quality concrete is demanded under difficult placing and climate conditions i.e. it is used to flow concrete in :-
Floor slabs, roof decks, foundations and pavements .
(Rapid placing without vibration, high temp.)
- It maintains rapid pumping of concrete .
(High flowability)
-It helps in pouring concrete in areas with heavy

The optimum dosage should be determined based on Site or laboratory tests of the particular concrete mix .
The rate of addition is generally in the range of ;
0,2 - 0,8 % of the cement weight .
0,1 - 0,4 liter per bag of 50 kg cement .
EUCOBET BV is added with the mixing water to the concrete .

EUCOPLAST 100 VZ :
Superplasticiser combined with a retarding effect
Description :
EUCOPLAST 100 VZ is a synthetic based superplasticiser combined with a retarding effect .
Main Purpose :
To produce high workability concrete which is virtually self leveling and requires little or no vibration during placing .May also be used to achieve high early strength .
Because of the retarding effect, a good workability can be maintained. For pumped, pre stressed and structural concrete .

Dosage :
The optimum dosage should be determined based on
site conditions or laboratory tests with the particular concrete mix, this dose should enables the effects of workability, strength gain and/or cement reduction so it has to be measured accurately .
The rate of addition is generally in the range of :
0,8 - 1,5 % of the cement weight
0,4 - 0,75 liter per 50 kg of cement EUCOPLAST 100 VZ is added with the mixing water to the concrete .
